Im not sure but I think the powe supply is dead

ok heres what happened i was watching an AMV(anime music video) that ive seen dozens of times yeasterday and all of the sudden my computer acts like its going to restart but cant quite do it so u just here it trying to load over and over again so I shut it down try again still doing it so I unplug it and plug itback in now when I hit the power button nothing happens what happened Please help

    so it wont turn on at all now? if so do the fans inside your pc move when u push the power button? what are your specs?
