Is it that good? I got Burnout 2 and played it for about 2 weeks and that was it...

Although, the trailers for this game look good.

Burnout 1 and 2 were pretty limited in comparison to Burnout 3. I can only imagine how they made changes to this game. Burnout 3 is one of my favorite games. I may go trade this weekend.

Oh yea, Burnout 1 and 2 dont even begin to compare to 3 and 'Revenge'. Consider them completely different. The main difference is in Burnout 3 and Revenge there are what are called 'Takedowns' where you slam the other racers into a wall or car or whatever. But when they crash, the screen zooms in on them and goes into slow motion (Bullet time). Takedowns are friggin sweet, and oyou get a real sense of satisfaction from them too.

But yea, to answer your question, it is definately that good. And then some.

Personally, Burnout 3 is one of the most satisfying racing games I've ever played. I'm not into the realistic racers, and for an arcade style game, Burnout 3 (and I assume Revenge - I haven't played it yet.) is one of the best, IMO.

Agree 100%, in fact i wasn't that excited about Revenge cause I thought "How could they possibly improve on Burnout 3?"

But man did they ever improve it. I must have said "F****N SWEET!" 500 times the first time i played Revenge. I cant wait to waste away my whole weekend playing it.

Sweet, I didn't know it was on PSP. All I have for PSP is Ridge Racers, which has absolutely nothin on Burnout revenge.

I am just borrowing the copy I am playing on xbox. But I am definately buying this for my PSP. Worth every penny if its even close to as good as the Xbox version.
