Problems installing VB6

I'm having trouble installing vb6 on windows xp sp2. i get this error(see pic) and the whole installation fails. Plus it says files are missing. Any clues? I have also gone through microsofts support, but nothing worked. Unless my config.nt is corrupt on all my other computers....
