Internet keeps crashing and computer generally slow - Harv120

Internet keeps crashing and not going on some websites after the computer has been on 5 mins. please have a look at my log and see if you can spot anything.

I have read though and the user Boci is having the same problem as me.
Also when i turn the computer on a Box comes up with "Validation failed for C:\WINNT3\system32\VSDATA.dll". What does this mean?
