Auto-Reboot
My computer will shut off itself and restart again. and prompted with
a watchdog file as follows,

No. You are having a problem with either your graphics drivers, or your graphics card. The rebooting is what XP does instead of the "Blue Screen of Death."
Update your drivers for your graphics card. If it continues, try a differernt graphics card, as yours may be failing.
