I'm looking for a Wacom Tablet-type-thing (not used) because my dad said that if I found one, then he would buy it. I'm looking for the best kind. My dad and I were discussing it and we were tlking about one that displayed what it was that you were doing on the tablet. Any information would be helpful.

Wacom is the best. Look at size, features and price and find the one that suits you.

I have a 6x8 Wacom Intuos II. The Intuos III are really nice, and I found that stepping up one size from the smallest made it easier to work with. Just as a tip, tape a piece of blank paper over the tablet and it'll give you a little bit rougher surface which feels more natural.

So, there aren't any that show you what you're doing on the tablet itself?

I'm not 100% sure what you mean.

Are you referring to something like having an actual image traced out on the tablet? If so, I'm not aware of anything like that being available. (Which isn't to say it doesn't exist, just that I've never heard of it.)

Wacom has a tablet that is also an LCD Monitor... so you can see what your doing as if it were paper instead of just drawing somewhat blindly on a tablet and then having to look up at the normal screen to see what's going on and where the cursor/brush is.

You could also buy a Tablet PC for that functionality too.

That's exactly what I am looking for. Where can I get one of those?

Click the link and order it from Newegg. Shipping is only $5.99, you'll get it in three days, and pay no sales tax on top of that. No payments for 90 Days, too. :)

Alternatively, you may be able to find it locally at MicroCenter, Best Buys, etc, though I have no idea how the price would compare.
