The new AMD/Intel boards from ASUS use the nForce4 Chipset as well as the nForce Pro chipset to provide the extra PCI Express lanes for both video cards. The boards also comes with features like 8-phase power design, external SATA port, optional watercooling setup, and optional WiFi.
Asus just raised the bar for enthusiast motherboards with the announcement
of their lineup of 32X SLI boards. This is a C51 plus CK04 solution so yes
like we now see on nForce Pro boards Asus has brought to the enthusiast market.
Not only do we have 32 lanes of graphic bandwidth, but also 8 phase power,
heatpipe chipset cooling, and an optional water cooling bundle.
