Where's my task manager????

Back when I was at SMLAN05, we were all having trouble with bf2, and as the game hung I tried to control+alt+del and alt+f4 to kill the game. i did this probably more times than needed, but it didnt do anything. so i cut the power and restarted. Upon rebooting, i tried to get to my task manager and what i got was this:



control+shift+esc also gets me there, does anyone know how the heck to fix this?
