Help prob with dr watson

If someone could please spare the time to give me a hand it would be greatly appreciated....... I seem to have a problem with dr watson postmortem debugger, I have windows xp pro, and everytime I open a folder of any kind, in any way(by clicking on it,or opening it with any program) I get an error.

Dr.Watson post mortem debugger has encountered a problem and need to close.
then my whole computer completely freezes.
any advice????? :scratch::(

    Hello - I too have the same problem - it is a real pain in the butt. Have you found a solution for it? If I find out anything I'll post it up here. I did a google search one day and found a good result for fixing the problem however since that I have been unable to come across the web page with the possible solution. - I was away from my computer at the time - bloody typical!

    It may be worth your while to go to our Spyware/Virus/Trojan Discussion Forum and follow the instructions for posting a new thread there.

    If they give you a clean bill of health we'll take it from there.
