It apprears that you have several viruses/worms on your PC that need to be addressed ASAP. I noticed that you have Symantec Antivirus installed. I'd strongly recommend that you run a full scan of that before we do anything. I am hoping that a Short-Media SVT member can provide some more information on how to clean these specific viruses, if Symantec can not.

Before you start your antivirus scan, you should try to 'End' these two running tasks below. (Hit CTRL+ALT+DEL, and click 'Task Manager', then click 'Processes' and select those two, and hit 'End Task').

I believe these two running processes are malicious..
    C:\WINDOWS\etb\pokapoka72.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\EVENTVIEWOR.EXE

These are the HJT items that should then be removed to prevent these worms/viruses from running at startup.. Please remove them..

    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Microsoft Windowsx DLL Services Configuration] windir32.exe
    O4 - HKCU\..\RunOnce: [Windows Service Manager] EVENTVIEWOR.EXE

These can also be safely removed..

Once that is done, reboot, and post another updated HJT log..

Also, did Symantec find anything during your scan?

Great, log file looks clean to me. I'd like to wait for verification from another SVT team member, but from what I can see, you should not have any nasties in resident memory, or set to run at startup.

I'd just run a final ad-aware scan, and a last anti-virus scan to be sure, and reboot your PC.

Let us know if your problems have now stopped, or if they are still occuring.

    Thanks,
    Mike.
