My comp won't connect to internet. It all started with cleaning up spyware/virus and now I can't run internet. This is a major problem because our business is based on use of the internet. Can someone please help. Details can be seen in spyware forum. "I'm invaded". Please please help.

    Have you tried setting up a new connection using the connection wizard?

    what type of internet connection are you using?

    if it a cable connection using a router try using the network connection wizard

    P.S. I saw that you downloaded firefox which is great, but if you are still having IE issues, take a look at the thread. I posed something you can try..
