AIM Virus

I believe this is the latest in the a long line of link hacks send thru AIM. If a buddy sends anything to do with pictures, be leary. Ask if they sent a link. If they ask you what you're talking about, DON'T CLICK IT.

If the link at top isn't actually a virus (someone who knows spyware could try it..), feel free to edit. I know that there's a virus going around that (again..) has to do with pictures. (remember that great 'beachpicvirus'?)

Anywho, be leary of what someone sends you.

(mods, if this needs to be edited/moved/deleted, go crazy)

    my grandparents clicked on one of those because one of their friends had it, and wow was their computer messed up.

    I clicked it but nothing happened (Could It be that I was in linux at the time :o).

    Hi beanz06,

    The AIM Virus is quite easy to remove :)

    Download HJT and start a new thread in the SVT forum where you can post your HJT log and someone will help you out :thumbsup:
