getting beeps from cpu then..

Was getting many beeps from cpu suddenly then after 10min the applications just closed automatically and the system shut down..!?

    Sounds like over-heating. Check your CPU cooler that it is seated properly and that the fan is running at a high enough speed. Case ventilation will do it too. Don't foget to clean out the dust bunnies if it has been in use for a while.
