Poser 6 help

I just received a copy of Poser 6 for Windows, and was playing with basic body positions and movements.

I came acrossed a lot of tutorials but they are all for Poser 3-5. Almost nothing is around for poser 6. I can follow a lot of the poser 5 tutorials but somethings just put me at a lose and I'm stuck on the step.

If anyone has any knowledge about Poser or can help me via IM or email I would be very appreciative. I don't think I need walkthroughs, maybe just an idea of what some of the more confusing commands.

I'm currently stuck on hair, how to make it grow. I can create the groups and do all that, but I can't figure out how to grow the hair length or make it look any different.

Thanks to anyone who help.

Alex

Poser 6 uses a highly different method of hair growth versus Poser 5. There are pros and cons to it. However, the best way to learn, at this time, is to go through the tutorial that efrontier provides with the product for the default female characters. You will find more information on this in your Poser tutorial PDF file, and the Poser Reference help file.

However, I do recommend converting the the hair objects to figures once you are finished creating them. The level of resourse consumption dramatically improves in my experience.
