Does anyone which of the slackware mouse drivers, if any, will work with my wireless logitech mx700 mouse?

If noone can answer my first post, does anyone know why the usb mousedrivers for slackware wont work with my regular plain old usb mouse?

Change it from /dev/ps2 (or something among those lines) to /dev/usb/mouse in the xserver config file. (Do this from the console and use jed to edit it ... as long as you have jed installed).

Just make sure you have USB HID Support enabled in the Kernel and everything should work fine.

This is off topic, but are there any other linux distros that have the 2.6 kernel with sata raid support other than slackware?

and is there any reason that my ps2 mouse doesnt work when tell slack that I'm using a ps2 mouse.

Lots of Distro's should work. Any that use 2.6 (most of them) and then just recompile the kernel with SATA support.

Terry! Fedora Core 4 has sata support and is a breeze to install. However it is a major pain to try and install the ati drivers, at least with my agp x850 pro.
