login page reloads cant access

Hi

I am having a frustrating problem on my laptop where i cannot access previously ok admin areas such as CBA internet banking and now my own admin for website. The pages re-load with no error message. CBA i did a browser test and all ok, then on the browser test page they give the login again and it will load from there but not from home page.
runnning windows xp with browser ie version 6.0
tried the security settings and all looks good...HELP!

    sorry forgot to mention that i have not changed a bloody thing... no updates and these pages i have accessed successfully for over 6 months on this laptop

    Please download HJT and post a log in the SVT forum.
