Pop-ups

My computer isn't more than two weeks old, and already I recieve persistent pop-ups. They are usually related to some sort of shopping or buying something. I'm failly certain that I got them from using the website www.andr.net. I'll get these pop-ups when I'm browsing the internet or while I'm away. The only time I don't get them is if I'm in Safe Mode without Networking.

I've rebooted in safe mode and ran NAV 2005, Ad-aware, and Spybot. I also downloaded Ewido and TrojanHunter and scanned with those to no avail. Each scan with the various programs found numerous infections that I deleted but nothing has stopped the pop-ups.

    Hi

    Your log looks clean, however I would uninstall pop-up blocker. You already have another popup blocker and if you feel you need a second one, use the one on the google toolbar (toolbar.google.com)

    After the uninstall, post a new log :)

    Sorry to jump in, but I am a little suspicious of one of those entries.

    Download L2mfix from one of these two locations:

    Save the file to your desktop and double click l2mfix.exe. Click the Install button to extract the files and follow the prompts, then open the newly added l2mfix folder on your desktop. Double click l2mfix.bat and select option #1 for Run Find Log by typing 1 and then pressing enter. This will scan your computer and it may appear nothing is happening, then, after a minute or 2, notepad will open with a log. Copy the contents of that log and paste it into this thread.

    IMPORTANT: Do NOT run option #2 OR any other files in the l2mfix folder until you are asked to do so!
