    Right-click the Taskbar, left-click "Properties" and you should be able to find what you want. :)

    I love grouping, one of my favorite XP features. Tweak UI also has some nice settings to configure when stuff gets grouped if thats of any use.

    Right click the Start Menu, click Properties and untick this box:
