Memory usage differences in Win2k pro and WinXP?

Hi guys, just wanted to know how much more ram WinXP uses then 2k, (if thats the case)

    My tweeked 2k box sat at 50MB of ram useage when my tweeked windows box sat at 109MB of useage. (With the antivirus disabled).
