Not trying to make you seem like an idiot, but can you run the .exe file of the software?
A lot of the software installed does not fully uninstall itself, hence the reason people reformat after a year or so. Check the folders that are on your system and see if they are just hanging out on your system. If they are, you can manually delete them and you'll be fine.
If you know for a fact that nobody uninstalled the software from the computer before, then you must have something on your system that is blocking the access to the uninstallers through windows.

See if they are listed and then uninstall them.
they are not even listed in easy cleaner - i have that program also.
Go to C: > Program Files and try looking inside each of the folders for an uninstaller.
