Help with programing...igusses

i need to know for my a+ class how and what programs to use to get somthing to install into your registry and to get it to install into you task maneger to open on boot-up...Please reply with the steps it is for extra credit and i need it

    not too sure about the steps..but u will need to use regedit and msconfig to assign whatever you made as a service

    each of them u can access by using run in the start menu
