ibm thinkpad t23- good deal? and what ram..
Hi everyone- seen an offer for a 1ghz 256mb t23 for £240, battery still works, and have found some ram for £15. 2 256mb modules, ddr pc2100 cl2.5. My question is, how can I know if the ram will be compatible. Got another offer from someone who fished the same amount of ram out of a dell laptop. Will this work also? Think the limit for the t23 is 512mb anyway.
Will be using it for dvds alot so will need to upgrade the graphics card (and get a dvi output? is that possible?) but thats another story...
