Boosting a wireless connection

What can I use to boost my connection from my router to the PC.

I have 4 pc's at home that are connected wirelessly. 3 are in close proximity to each other and are operating at full strength. 54Mbps

The 4th is quite a distance from the router and the signal has to travel through 3 walls. Needless to say I get a maximum signal strength of about 20% and around 6Mbps.

If there is any hardware available like an extra long aerial or some sort of directional booster, I would love to know about it.

Any feedback is appreciated :)

You could invest in a Wireless access point or range extender to do just that. Or see if your router has an interchangeable antenna. Results are mixed on the antenna upgrade however.

Those Hawking products look promising. Don't have any experience with them though.
