Driving me crazy!!!!!

OK I have been looking through many of your fine suggestions since I found my computer has been infected by viruses. Yes not just one but many. The problem that keeps popping up is the 00.exe or pokapoka or elitebar virus. It keeps putting itself back in. I will paste in my hijack this file. Can anyone please help me? I simply want to be able to shut this crap down long enough to back up my files so I can do a clean startup using my windows discs. Not taking any chances with this crap again. I have been using norton but it has not helped much other than to tell me every 10 minutes or so that there are viruses on my C drive but it cannot remove them.

    Your log looks pretty clean.

Check the following in HJT and click 'Fix Checked'

    O16 - DPF: {90051A81-3018-4826-8B38-DD60B6B53F9C} (Snapfish File Upload
    ActiveX Control) - http://www.costcophotocenter.com/CostcoUpload.cab

Please visit at least two of the following sites for an online virus scan:

    BitDefender Free Online Virus Scan
    http://www.bitdefender.com/scan/licence.php
Make sure you tick AutoClean under Scan Options.

    Panda ActiveScan
    http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/com/activescan_principal.htm
Make sure you tick Disinfect automatically under Scan Options.

    Housecall at TrendMicro
    http://housecall.trendmicro.com/housecall/start_corp.asp
Make sure you tick Auto Clean.
When it completes, post back the full filename of any files that cannot be cleaned or deleted.

    eTrust Antivirus Web Scanner
    http://www3.ca.com/securityadvisor/virusinfo/scan.aspx

Post the results from the two scans you choose here with a new HJT log :)

I think that snapfish file is a legitmiate file but I will get rid of it. Also I noted that I keep ending up with a file, oo.exe on my C drive. I have tried to delete it but it says it is protected and won't let me delete it. My virus protection keeps telling me it is a virus but I cannot figure out how to delete it.

Any suggestions. For some reason these viruses are causing problems with me trying to back my files up. I have tried burning most of my files to CD's as a backup. Text files and .jpegs are not a big problem. As soon as I try to burn .mpegs or .wmv files it freezes up the CD burn and I have to shut the computer down to do anything.

People who write viruses should be promptly shot in the head!!!

Disable System Restore - explained here

Go into Safe Mode - explained here

Find and delete the oo.exe file.

Reboot into Normal Mode and refer to my first post please
