    Also, I'm having a problem with my extra USB slots on my case working with my board. Has anyone had this problem or know what could be done to fix it?

    drivers from MSI who makes the board for the drivers of course.

    I would suspect either you didnt connect the usb ports correctly or you don't have the correct drivers installed.
