Spyware trouble

Hello everyone, I have been infected with spyware and have no idea how to get rid of it. I have on my system, azesearch bar and not matter what i try it wont go away,I also have a few other spyware on my computer but i have no idea what they are. i cant change the desktop picture on my computer and my home page keeps changing, my computer is slow and always crashes. I hope someone can help me with this, hope to hear from you soon. Thank u
