Hibernation Autostart

Hey guys, got a quick question with hopefully a quick answer...
Ive searched and googled this all over, i cant seem to find anything.
I need a program to autorun when it comes out of hibernation. i thought that hibernation remembered everything that was running, but it wont "remember" this particular program. it autostarts fine from a shutdown, just not hibernation.
ive tried hibernating with other programs with sucess, so im thinking its just this one. the program by the way is Media Engine, a "carputer" front end.
any ideas?
