I need some Advice

Well it has been 4 days and I am finally out of ideas,I have some serious security/infection problems on my PC and I cannot fix them.Just for some information,I run 2 Spyware Programs(GIANT Anti-spyware from Microsoft and SpyBot S&D)I also have tried to fix the problem with no less then 4 AntiVirus Programs(AVG,PC-Tools AV,Trend Micro Home Scan and the latest,Stinger)I also have HijackThis nothing seems to help.First problem,when I run a Virus Scan it gets going and then anywhere from 12% to 50+% it Freezes my entire Computer and I have to restart.This happens with EVERY AV I put on it.
Second problem,I have apparently gotten a Virus or a Trojan or Malware or something because I cannot open AIM and whenever I try and switch to IE or something similar my computer freezes for a second and then Lags out and I am forced to CAD it(Ctrl+Alt+Del)and end the process.The main concern is the AnitVirus I have to get it to work.I have tried in Safe Mode(which is what I am in now)and it still does not work.I even have System Restore off on all Drives in case something is embedded in the Restore Files.Below is a copy of my HijackThis Log.

    Can you please do the following.

    ===============

    Run HiJackThis, click "Scan", then check(tick) the following, if present:

    R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = c:\secure32.html
    R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Local Page = c:\secure32.html

    F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=

    O16 - DPF: {56336BCB-3D8A-11D6-A00B-0050DA18DE71} (RdxIE Class) - http://software-dl.real.com/23df535...ip/RdxIE601.cab

    O20 - Winlogon Notify: msupdate - D:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\msupdate32.dll

    O21 - SSODL: SysTray.Exbr - {6368D1FC-6F5C-4f1b-B164-E67214F678E9} - D:\WINDOWS\System32\cciaagba.dll

    Now, close all instances of Internet Explorer and any other windows you have open except HiJackThis, click "Fix checked".

    ===============

    Locate and delete the following item(s), if present. Make sure you are able to view system and hidden files/ folders:

    files...

    D:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\msupdate32.dll
    D:\WINDOWS\System32\cciaagba.dll

    -

    Note that some of these file(s)/folder(s) may or may not be present. If present, and cannot be deleted because they're 'in use', try deleting them in "Safe Mode".

    -

    Reboot.

    ===============

    To help protect your system from hostile ActiveX content, or special 'downloadable' files:

    Download, install and keep updated, SpywareBlaster. If you've installed it for the first time:

    1) Check for any available updates; if present, they'll be automatically downloaded and installed.
    2) Next, "Enable all protection".
    3) Exit the program.

    -

    Note: Remember to regularly check for updates.

    ===============

    After rebooting, rescan with hijackthis and post back a new log. Please let me know how your pc is now.
