It's coming to the point where I need to mod my case so it supports watercooling, and I need some advice before I procede any further: Which is better: two 80mm radiators (or one 80x160mm rad supporting two 80mm fans), or one 120mm radiator?

as far as area goes:
1x120
area = 120^2 = 14400 mm^2
2x80
area = 2*80^2 = 12800 mm^2
I'd suggest the 1x120 - more area, 120mm fans tend to "sound" quieter, because the noise is lower frequency.

I'd go with the 120 even if the area were equal for the mere fact that it's quieter when running equal cfm of air through it.
I would highly recommend a nice quiet thermochill pa120 ...or even a pa160 if you have the room.

After looking at that case ...you might want to get a second opinion from mtgoat.

Actually a 160 would fit perfectly! I'll post pics of my mod as soon as I'm finished.
