Is this something to be worried about

HJT came across this entry:

HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{A16A4B36-43C1-4836-8E16-9FF476938A9F}: NameServer = 206.13.28.12 206.13.31.12

Is this something I need to erase?

I have Ad-ware and Spy Bot installed.

If I am right I really don't think this is anything to WORRY about...I might be wrong...but I feel pretty d@#n comfortable saying that its just extraneous. If you do have your computer set up as a nameserver for other computers in your network (which doesnt sound like it is the case).

its basically saying that the computer is using TCP/IP to provide a nameserver service...but if this is uncommon the answer is probably..just run it by another member here incase my guess is wrong. The IP addressing does look pretty damn weird though. I havent really seen subnet masks like that. and if you ARE part of a big network then dont worry cause that might be the case why. either way get another opinion incase.

    My shortened version:

if ur on a big network keep it

if ur not thats pretty suspicious......

Both those are related to southern Bell. If that's your ISP, all is good.
