"Hostile Take-Over"

Please help!
My laptop is undersiege. I have been getting regular "hooowah", "winfixer", and "abetterinternet" pop-ups. I also get regular online casion advertisments. I have installed and run "Adware Se" as well as "Spybot Search and Destory" but the problem remains. If it's not to much trouble, could someone please take a look at my hijackthis log to see if there is anything I can do to correct the problem? Thanks in advance for any assistance you can offer.

Sincerely,
Tony

    Can you please do the following.

    ===============

    Please visit at least two of the following sites for an online virus scan:

    BitDefender Free Online Virus Scan
    http://www.bitdefender.com/scan/licence.php
    Make sure you tick AutoClean under Scan Options.

    Panda ActiveScan
    http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/com/activescan_principal.htm
    Make sure you tick Disinfect automatically under Scan Options.

    Housecall at TrendMicro
    http://housecall.trendmicro.com/housecall/start_corp.asp
    Make sure you tick Auto Clean.
    When it completes, post back the full filename of any files that cannot be cleaned or deleted.

    eTrust Antivirus Web Scanner
    http://www3.ca.com/securityadvisor/virusinfo/scan.aspx

    ===============

    Now, let's open a command prompt by going to the start menu and then select 'Run'.

    In the box that pops up type in 'cmd'. The command prompt will open.

    OR

    You can go to Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> Command Prompt. Unregister the dll(s) we're going to remove, by entering the following:

    regsvr32 /u irasdnpd.dll

    It's ok, if these aren't found or 'error' out. If you want, just copy and paste the individual lines to the command prompt to save typing them in.

    ===============

    Run HiJackThis then:

    1. Click "Open the Misc Tools Section"
    2. Click "Open Process manager"

    -

    Next, while holding down the CTRL key, locate (if present) and click on (highlight) each of the following:

    C:\WINDOWS\qsykbrl.exe

    Now double-check and make sure that only those item(s) above are highlighted, then click "Kill process". Now, click "Refresh", check again, and repeat this step if any remain.

    ===============

    Still in HiJackThis, click "Scan", then check(tick) the following, if present:

    R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = about:blank
    R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = about:blank

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [espctid] C:\WINDOWS\espctid.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ywjigfy] C:\WINDOWS\ywjigfy.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [qsykbrl] C:\WINDOWS\qsykbrl.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [irassync] C:\WINDOWS\system32\irasyncd.exe
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [YB33RPfpe] upnshlex.exe
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [pshower] C:\WINDOWS\system32\pshwr.exe
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [ichckupd] C:\WINDOWS\system32\ichckupd.exe
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [irassync] C:\WINDOWS\system32\irasyncd.exe

    O16 - DPF: {56336BCB-3D8A-11D6-A00B-0050DA18DE71} - http://software-dl.real.com/2352666...ip/RdxIE601.cab
    O16 - DPF: {8FCDF9D9-A28B-480F-8C3D-581F119A8AB8} - http://static.zangocash.com/cab/180.../bridge-c24.cab

    O23 - Service: Windows Overlay Components - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\mcytwma.exe

    Now, close all instances of Internet Explorer and any other windows you have open except HiJackThis, click "Fix checked".

    ===============

    Locate and delete the following item(s), if present. Make sure you are able to view system and hidden files/ folders:

    files...

    C:\WINDOWS\qsykbrl.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\irasdnpd.dll
    C:\DOCUME~1\VICKIE~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\sysnet.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\espctid.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\ywjigfy.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\irasyncd.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\pshwr.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\ichckupd.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\mcytwma.exe

    Search for...

    upnshlex.exe

    ...using "Start | Search...".

    -

    Note that some of these file(s)/folder(s) may or may not be present. If present, and cannot be deleted because they're 'in use', try deleting them in "Safe Mode".

    -

    Reboot.

    ===============

    To help protect your system from hostile ActiveX content, or special 'downloadable' files:

    Download, install and keep updated, SpywareBlaster. If you've installed it for the first time:

    1) Check for any available updates; if present, they'll be automatically downloaded and installed.
    2) Next, "Enable all protection".
    3) Exit the program.

    -

    Note: Remember to regularly check for updates.

    ===============

    After rebooting, rescan with hijackthis and post back a new log. Please let me know how your pc is now.
