Hello,

First, let me say thank you for all the information that I have already read on this site regarding the issues I am having with my computer. I have downloaded and ran spybot and ad aware. It said that it found the problems and removed them, but I am still getting the about:blank page instead of my homepage. I see all these other people with "hijack this" reports, but I'm not sure how to do that.

I would greatly appreciate any help or advice that anyone can give me. I am not nearly computer savy enough to do this on my own!

Hi - I'm trying to download hijack this, but there is never a code to type in when it asks me. It is just blank, and then it says access denied. I've tried finding it other places but no luck. Is there something obvious that I'm not seeing here? Thank you
