sock 939 operton

okay. so now im thinking of buying one of those sock 939 operton 148 venus core at 2.2 Ghz because i heard that they are overclockable to 2.8 ghz. I just need to know a few things though.
which boards can be used with them, and since i dont have much experience with 939 boards, what is a good one to get?
im thinking of doing this (with a new case) and giving my athalon 64 socket 754 system to my brother. and do any of the 939 operton boards that have agp, cause otherwise, im gonna have to give my 6800 GT to my brother with the 2800.

forgot to ask, how are these processors performance wise. do they do well in games, id like it if it was well rounded, but i know the opertons are meant for server use. but i dont know, it looks pretty apetizing.
