Best MOBO for AMD 3700+ San Diego

I'm building a new rig & found a good deal on this CPU ($233@the egg). MOBO next. Needs to be PCIE, SATA. I'm apprehesive about ASUS because I've lost 2 of them in the last year. DFI? Gigabyte? MSI?

That board will probably go down slightly once any of the big stores starting to carry it. I'd say $120 or so. Personally, i would try to get the extra money and get a dualcore cpu instead of the 3700. The 3800+ dualcore should drop in price very soon.
