"redir exploit" virus and recurring spyware/adware problems

Hello,
I have run the latest CWShredder, SpyBot and AdAware. I still keep finding a "Redir Exploit" virus on virus scans every few weeks and the same adware/spyware is found when I run SpyBot & AdAware.
Plus I am getting constant IE popups while I use Firefox. The popups are usually releated to the sites I visit (I get anit-virus popups when I come here).
Another problem that I'm having: I have over 50 processes running when I run Task Manager. Could I post a log of the process that are running and maybe get some help in cutting that number way down?
Here is my HJT log. You guys have always been helpful when I have computer problems before. Please let me know if I need to give any more information to help you.

I do have one more thing to add: When my Symantec virus scan comes up, it tells me I have the Redir.Exploit virus. I know this already so I try to close out of the Symantec program. Howver, it continues to pop up non-stop so I have to close down my computer just to get it to stop popping up again and again. I assume this is some sort of redirect virus and that has something to do with why the Symantec program runs back-to-back non stop, but I'm not sure.
