Problem with jpeg files

Even though I haven't used QuickTime in a while, somehow it set itself to open jpeg files instead of Internet Explorer. I tried to switch back to using IE by holding the shift button and right clicking on a jpeg to use the Open With-Always use this program to open this file type. It worked but now it opens a separate browser for each jpeg I click instead of using the same window like it did before. How do I change this, thanks.

I'm on Windows 95 and my IE version is 5.50.
