Speed of Samsung chips in Radeon 9800?

How can I tell what speed my Samsung chips are? Can you tell by the numbers printed on them? Thanks in advance.

    Might be acceptable for NP -> Pro

    It's 100% acceptable for the NP -> Pro modification. Most, if not all Non-Pro's use 3.3ns Samsung RAM.

    Well mine is not listed but it's close. It is:

    K4D26323RA-GC2A

    I'm guessing since it ends with that "GC2A" it's350 MHz as well?

    Well a Radeon 9800 Pro (modded perfect) with 2.8ns memory for $250 :) Gotta be happy with that one. Thanks for the info.
