It's 100% acceptable for the NP -> Pro modification. Most, if not all Non-Pro's use 3.3ns Samsung RAM.

I'm guessing since it ends with that "GC2A" it's350 MHz as well?

Well a Radeon 9800 Pro (modded perfect) with 2.8ns memory for $250
