Spybot S&D detects Lsa and cannot fix.

Hi,

Can anyone help I have a problem with a laptop thats connected via wireless.

I have used AVG, adaware, spyware blaster, MS spyware beta and spybot to try and remove nasties.

Spybot S&D has found something called LSA but it cannot Fix.
The settings are:
HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-18\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Lsa
HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Lsa

Can anyone advise ?
