Just another problem
I just upgraded my system HDD to 80 GB & instaled new windows XP PRo setup. it was the one that came without service pack . i am having the error [see picture]
<img src="http://asia.geocities.com/handsome_sanjeevin/dllerror.jpg">
i cant run the calculator ,i cant install service pack 2 , AVG antivirus doesnt work and gives the same error..
Some times i feel this error might be due to Windows Vista Transformation pack , but one of my friend has also installed it , he doesnt have any problem & is going smooth.

    The title bar of the error refers to avgcc.exe, which is the AVG Control Center. Try shutting down AVG temporarily and see if the other stuff starts working again. If it does, try reinstalling AVG.

    You may also want to click Start>>>Run, enter sfc /scannow and see if it finds any messed up system files. Have your WinXP disc handy when you do this.

    Try uninstalling the Windows Vista Transformation pack and AVG, then reinstall AVG only.

    You mentioned that you just set this system up with XPpro, was this the upgrade, full, or OEM version? You do have a legal copy, right?
