Infected with w32/Alemod.f.dll virus

Hello,

My computer is infected with the w32/alemod.f.dll virus as identified by Macefee. I am unable to delete wininet.dll in my Windows/system32/ folder while in safe mode. I am writing from my work computer as I am also not able to log onto the internet. While I am a little bit of a newbie I am aware of hijack but do not have it on my computer at home. I do have adaware.

Please help!
