Need of serious help with hijacker and trojan

I really do not know much about computers. I surely do not now how to fix them so i really need some help. Recently my desktop went blank and had this warning pop up. there were also warnings in the bottom toolbar. i ran the spyware program i have: webroot spy sweeper and it supposedly removed a bunch of problems but i still have them. I have no clue what to do to fix the problems. I ran the recommended adaware and search and destroy as well. Heres my logfile:

O23 - Service: Workstation NetLogon Service ( 11Fßä#·ºÄÖ`I) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\system32\syszj32.exe (file missing)


Now, close all instances of Internet Explorer and any other windows you have open except HiJackThis, click "Fix checked".

After rebooting, rescan with hijackthis and check if the 023 entry returned. If it did, do the following;

Go to;

Start>>Run and type regedit
Press enter.
Navigate to:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Workstation NetLogon Service ( 11Fßä#·ºÄÖ`I)

If Workstation NetLogon Service ( 11Fßä#·ºÄÖ`I) exists , right click on it and choose delete from the menu.

Now navigate to:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Enum\Root\LEGACY_Workstation NetLogon Service ( 11Fßä#·ºÄÖ`I)

If LEGACY_Workstation NetLogon Service ( 11Fßä#·ºÄÖ`I) exists then right click on it and choose delete from the menu.

Reboot and post another log.
