Which Internet Provider in Canada BC

Is there any Canadians here?
I have moved in Canada (BC) and I am looking for an internet provider. So far I have found only Shaw Cable and Telus ADSL.
Do you know any other?
What would be the best in terms of connection speed (I would like something around 4 and 5 Mbps), price and downstream limit?
