I'm using a friend's system that I just did all the Windows Updates to and now when I right-click on Spinner's Matrix Trailer link, the "Save Target As" is disabled. I'm sure the account has admin privileges and can't find any reason that it should be not in his permissions to use. What's up?

Hmmm. Did it work before the updates? Running any third party apps? Internet Explorer right?

Try reseting the browser back to its default settings.

Oh yea and also, is it just on the link here at Short-Media, or is it on all links? Asking that though, I'm guessing you meant the problem was exclusive to Short-Media, so... I would have to go with BDR's suggestion, that it could be a content advisor problem.

So like I said, reset everything.

    Good find BDR.

Yeah, it's the content advisor, good call.... but he doesn't know the password anymore  Any way to reset it without reinstalling Windows?

I don't know of a way. I had a couple of customers do that long ago back in the days of Win 98, and the only thing I could suggest was reinstalling Windows.

That was before I had a good Internet connection... so I'll have a quick look through the web for ya and see if I can come up with anything...

// edit: Well, a quick trip to Google and searching 'reset IE content advisor without password ' came up with
this link. Hope it's useful keebs!!
