overide windows password

i put a password on my pc for my account, I am the only administrator. I have forgotten the password and I sign under my guest account to use the internet. But i am restricted to play on servers with punkbuster. Is there any way I can recover my password or reset it with out losing information.

I use a tool called sam editor. It works perfectly.

i have also used sam, but i also have a linux disc that is just for this problem i am drawing a blank on what the name is starts with an A, like Astumi**** something like that that worked even better it just blanked out the admin password
