Java viruses

It seems no matter how many times I scan and clean these files, they always come back. They don't seem to actually... do anything, but it's annoying. I always get Java.Trojan.Exploit.Bytverify and Java.Trojan.Downloader.OpenStream.X, and x is any letter... there's no system to it.

Why can't I get rid of these no matter how many times I scan, and no matter how many times I update Java to the newest version?

Whats the location of the viruses?

Have you tried deleting them manually?

They all in \App Data\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache\javap... etc. And no, there's just tons of junk in there. BitDefender automatically cleans and/or moves them to quarantine anyway, but they're always there again.

And they don't actually DO anything. There's no threat at all! It seems incredibly pointless to me.

    Have you tried this?

Go to Start > Control Panel > Java

In the General Tab, under Temporary Internet Files, click Delete Files...

Check all THREE boxes and click OK

    How are things now?

Alright, thanks. That seems to be where the problem was coming from, but I obviously won't know right away. Maybe I'll try scanning later tonight or tomorrow, we'll see.
