Need help removing

In addition to the HJT.log I posted, I have a question on how to remove:

C:\Windows\TEMP\018907300\
C:\windows\inet20001\winlogon.exe
( registry entry for \winlogon.exe )

Symantec Anti-Virus keeps finding Trojan virus (>17) in \018907300 folder and I've tried deleting EVEN IN Safe-Mode - no luck.
