CoolWWWSearch (again...)

I happened across it while paruising some (I'll admit) sketchy WoW video fansites, and managed to deal some pausing blows to it with TeaTimer, however, CWWWShredder doesn't detect it. So far, only spybot and ad-aware have, and I have a HiJack This log for ya, if its of any use.

I keep getting a message saying "Your computer is infected!" and telling me windows advises me to get spyware elimination programs. Time to time a bar will drop downfor a few seconds from the top of the screen with same message scrolling on it. Any help would be appreciated.

Please follow the instructions for the removal of the smitfraud.c trojan--Here

We'll go back through your log after you perform those steps so be sure to post a new log afterward. You also need to move the Hijack This program to it's own folder off the root directory. You can name this folder Hijack This or HJT for simplicty.

It actually looks as though I defeated it myself. I ran spybot three times or so before I decided to give up on my compy and give it another try the next day. Turned on my rig and it was as if nothing had transpired. It could be in remission, but Spybot hasn't picked up a thing and neither has CWshredder.
