Just built a new machine but my keyboard is having issues. I need to get into the BIOS to change some stuff but the KB only works once windows boots up. The driver name is SP19421.exe.

Anyone have it?

Nevermind. Found it but didnt help.

Have you got another keyboard to try? usb or ps2? have you tried switching the ports you use? Drivers won't load until you get into Windows. Have you already tried the other suggestions in your other threads?

It's because you have USB support disabled in the bios. You can use the keyboard once you get into windows because windows has the usb keyboard driver installed.

You need to plug a PS2 keyboard into the computer, get into the BIOS, and then turn on USB support in the BIOS.

It will vary by the BIOS; you really need to just go through each screen until you find it.

    I've attached an example:
