Gates pops Vista's hood at CES

Bill Gates showed off Vista's video and entertainment features, and stated that software will be the unifying factor in the anticipated convergence of entertainment platforms - obviously, Microsoft wants Vista to be that unifying software.
Gates also downplayed the threat from Web search leader Google Inc., saying in an interview that Microsoft faced a host of rivals ranging from IBM to Apple to Sony to Nokia in its bid to control the next generation of software.

    I wonder what the photographer was thinking when he had a picture of Mr. Gates in front of an entirely Blue Screen. ;D

    Still, There are some exciting concepts in Vista ... it's just that I'm not sure about how they will market or price it.:-/
