Problem with onboard DFI network/lan device

Hello there, i have WIFI internet access since maybe 2 month (btw for those who know about my 60' tower project, the article i have made about this have been send to SM team so since 1 month now so it should be relase soon lol) Anyway i was having intermitent problem with my connexion (always get d/c in the first 1 hour or so, sometimes ervey 4 minutes)
I've call my ISP and they said my tower is receiving the singal VERY well and there's no d/c between the my tower and the transmiting tower. So they said it must be a problem with my 'network card'.
Well, i was using VIA device (1394) on my DFI board as many forum post says its better than the Marvell one... So i've decided to switch to the marvell one, i've reboot, desactivated in bios the VIA. Then in windows i've unistall every drivers, reboot again, activate Marvell one... then install drivers... Now it's working well... No d/c from now on... the only problem is that i've got a yellow lozange icone on my tray icon 'state of connexion' (sorry if i dont use rigth term, im using a french windows
) It says my connexion is maybe inexistant or limited cuz my computer did not recieve an IP from it... however i can go on net and play WoW and everything... Do you know what can cause this ?
If you don't well its working well so i wont bother about this , i just find this warning a little strange.

Right click on your icon in the system tray, click on "open network connections".
click on the one you dis-abled, select "properties", on the bottom you should have the option to select/de-select the icon and to show if it has limited connectivity.
No more warning
